The Grand Masters Reserve
Rarest Micro-Batches, Traditionally Withered, and Preserved in Limited-Edition Tin Vents.
Explore the ReserveThe Core Essence
Crafted by Air and Fire, Not Machines.
We bypass industrial drying. Every leaf in our Reserve collection is withered on bamboo slats using natural airflow from the foothills of the Himalayas. This preserves the delicate trichomes—the white "fuzz" on tea buds that contains the highest concentration of L-Theanine.
“A 100-Year Legacy of Precision: The Midnight Harvest”
Deep in the heart of the most remote estates, a rare phenomenon occurs once every spring. During the full moon, the sap of the tea plant flows faster, enriching the top two leaves and a bud with unparalleled mineral content. Our "Grand Masters" wait for this 15-day window to hand-pluck the leaves in near darkness, ensuring the sun’s UV rays never oxidise the fresh enzymes. This is not just tea; it is a time-capsule of a singular climatic moment.

The Sensory Audit: The Final 1%
Before any batch earns the "Grand Master" seal, it undergoes a 24-point evaluation. We test for 'Agal' (the vibrancy of the wet leaf), 'Liquor Clarity' (the absence of dust), and 'The Long Tail' (the duration of the aftertaste). Only 1% of the annual harvest makes it into this collection.
